Bob Casey is conceding Pennsylvania’s U.S. Senate race to Republican Dave McCormick. In a video posted on social media yesterday, Casey said he called McCormick to congratulate him on his victory. That announcement comes over two weeks after the November 5th election. The initial vote tally had McCormick leading Casey by roughly 16-thousand votes. The close election triggered an automatic recount for every county in the commonwealth. McCormick’s win will give the Republican Party a three-seat majority in the Senate, beginning in January.
