PRELIMINARY HEARING FOR NORTH VERSAILLES WOMAN

A Westmoreland County Judge held charges of forgery, theft and others against a North Versailles woman for stealing from the PA Attorney General’s Office and the McKeesport branch of the NAACP.  The Trib reports 61-year-old Brenda Sawyer had a preliminary hearing yesterday in front of District Judge Henry Moore.  She is accused of stealing $121,000 from the Attorney General’s office and another $52,650 from the NAACP office.
