LOWER BURRELL MAN CHARGED WITH SHOOTING THROUGH APARTMENT WALL

A Lower Burrell man is charged with shooting through his apartment wall at his neighbors on Saturday.  The Trib reports that 23-year-old Khalil Pryor is facing charges of attempted homicide, aggravated assault and other crimes for the shooting at 1:00 AM on Saturday at an apartment complex at 4200 Arnold Avenue.  The two victims said they got into an argument with Pryor and after refusing to come out at Pryor’s request, another argument started when the two were talking through a shared wall in the bathroom.  Pryor then allegedly fired a shot through the shared wall.  Pryor is now in Westmoreland County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bail, with a preliminary hearing scheduled for December 3rd.
