A man who was arrested for allegedly breaking into a New Kensington gun shop is pleading guilty to federal charges. Nineteen-year-old Steyn Sarduy admitted to conspiracy and theft of a firearm counts during a court appearance yesterday. Authorities say Sarduy and another man used a pickup truck to smash through the front of RC Firearms back in January before stealing two dozen weapons. His plea agreement includes a recommendation of a two-and-a-half-year prison term. A sentencing hearing is scheduled for March.
