OVER 1000 WEST PENN CUSTOMERS STILL WITHOUT POWER

Over a thousand West Penn Power customers are still without power at this time.  The bulk of the outages are being reported in Greensburg City and Hempfield Township, while small numbers of outages continue across the county.  Many of the outages will be restored this morning, but based on the damage and cause of the outage, it may take longer to restore power.
