A Plum Borough man facing accusations that he tried to blow up his own home is now in custody. Investigators say that Neil Yetsko caused a gas leak inside his Kathy Lynn Drive home last month, lit two candles and went out of town. Yetsko later said a friend informed him of the gas leak which was then reported to People’s Gas. Yetsko’s story about how his cleaning of an oven may have led to the accidental triggering of the gas leak was later found to be less than truthful. He was arrested Friday on charges of criminal attempted arson.
