A two-vehicle crash near the Pitt-Greensburg campus caused a power outage yesterday. WTAE-TV reports that the crash happened near Mt. Pleasant Road and Glen Willow Road in Hempfield around 1:00 PM. A pickup truck hauling a trailer crashed into a wooded area, knocking down several power lines. Over 400 West Penn Power customers were affected by the outage.
