POLICE RELEASE MORE DETAILS ABOUT COLLISION BETWEEN TRUCK AND PEDESTRIAN

Police have released more details on a collision between a pickup truck plowing snow and a pedestrian.  The Trib reports that 74-year-old Paul Tucci was walking in the parking lot on Pellis Road when the plow truck from Westmoreland Landscapes hit him with the rear-end of the truck.  The driver, an unnamed 27-year-old, stayed with the victim until police arrived and also cooperated with investigators.  Anyone with video surveillance of the incident is asked to contact troopers at 724-832-3288.
