VETERANS SERVICE OFFICER PROVIDING ASSISTANCE IN NEW KEN THIS WEEK

A veterans service officer is providing assistance to former military members in New Kensington this week.  The official is meeting with people at State Representative Jill Cooper’s office on Freeport Street tomorrow from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  Anyone who needs help with issues related to disability and pension claims, survivor benefits, and other services can call ahead or stop by.  Appointments are recommended but walk-ins will be accepted.
