The cold weather advisory continues for Westmoreland County. Temperatures dropped below zero last night, according to AccuWeather, and tonight is expected to be the coldest, with an anticipated low of -13, and wind chills making it feel even worse. People are advised to bundle up as frostbite could happen on any exposed skin within 30 minutes, and wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. People are also advised to keep pets indoors as much as possible. Also due to the severe cold, several schools have adjusted their schedules today.
