GREENSBURG MAN TO SERVE UP TO 40 YEARS

A Greensburg man will serve up to 40 years in prison for raping a child.  The Trib reports 35-year-old James Dickant Jr. was convicted of nine counts in a nonjury trial in October where prosecutors claimed he had repeated sexual conduct with a minor over a period of seven years, and exposed the child to drugs and other sexual situations.
