A Murrysville attorney is accused of bilking an elderly client out of over $300,000. The Trib reports that an arrest warrant has been issued for 61-year-old Robert Klingensmith on three counts of theft and a single count of financial exploitation of an older adult. Authorities say that he had power of attorney over the victim, took over $95,000 from her account before her death, closed her account a few days after her death to bring in another $91,000, and deposited another $131,000 after selling her apartment. His license to practice law had been temporarily suspended on May 13th by the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
