A man who authorities say is responsible for a deadly vehicle crash in Monroeville has now been charged in connection with the incident. Police say that Marcus Alston Sr. was driving under the influence and on a suspended license on November 3rd of last year when he rear-ended another vehicle at 93-miles-per-hour on William Penn Highway. One person died as a result of the accident and three others were left injured. Alston faces a list of charges that include homicide by vehicle and DUI.
