Pittsburgh-area residents are speaking out over immigration raids that are happening around the country. A group gathered outside the federal courthouse in downtown Pittsburgh yesterday to rally against arrests and deportation actions. Mayor Ed Gainey was among the officials joining the group, saying he was standing with the demonstrators to let them know he thinks the ICE operations are wrong. Representatives with the community organization Casa San Jose were also at the protest letting people know about their ICE watch hotline.
