Latrobe city government and public works and clerical employees have agreed to a new two-and-a-half year collective bargaining agreement. The Trib reports that the new contract includes annual pay increases, including a 4% raise when the contract starts on July 1st. The pay hikes will go to 3.5% and 3% on the same day for the following years. Employees will also get the chance to participate in a 457B retirement plan as well.
