A McKeesport man pleaded guilty in court this week to charges related to a gun theft in North Huntingdon in 2021. The Trib reports that 49-year-old John Steven Hudak was charged in connection with the theft and illegal sale of 13 guns from a home safe while its owner was out of town. Hudak pleaded guilty to one count each of prohibited possession of a firearm, theft, receiving stolen property, and improper sale of a gun. Hudak faces up to 20 years in prison, but will remain free until his sentencing.
