Sports teams in Pennsylvania will have to foot the bill for new stadiums going forward. Governor Josh Shapiro announced from NASCAR’s event at Pocono Raceway on Sunday that the state won’t provide any funding for new venues. The Steelers and Eagles are playing at stadiums more than 20 years old while the 76ers are already planning to build a new arena in South Philly.
