A Greensburg man was ordered to serve up to eight years in prison for the role he played in a drug overdose death in 2021. The Trib reports that Michael Rebosky was convicted in April of two drug counts and a count of reckless endangerment connected with the death of 38-year-old Christopher Rebosky of Ohio. Prosecutors said Michael Rebosky facilitated the purchase and use of fentanyl- laced heroin used by his nephew during a visit to his Greensburg home nearly four years ago and failed to seek medical attention as Christopher Rebosky overdosed. The jury had failed to reach a verdict on a charge of drug delivery resulting in death and prosecutors with the permission of the Rebosky family decided not to pursue the charge further.
