A former IHOP general manager is facing accusations that they stole more than 12-thousand dollars from the company. Forty-five-year-old Aldo Maya Garcia was the GM at an IHOP location on Route 30 in Hempfield Township. Reports say Garcia put a phony employee in the system and then clocked them in and out generating faux time cards and real paychecks that were directly deposited to a bank account. Police say the suspect was suspected of similar crimes when they were previously the GM of an Ohio IHOP.
