MONROEVILLE’S MIRACLE MILE UP FOR SALE

Monroeville’s Miracle Mile shopping center is up for sale.  A real estate notice on the property has been filed online.  The plaza along Route 22 has locations for several retailers including Old Navy, DSW, and Ulta Beauty.  The development was originally built in 1954 and was purchased by Syndicated Equities and M&J Wilkow in 2017.  The nearby Monroeville Mall also changed hands after being acquired by Walmart within the last year.
