Pennsylvania is suing the Trump Administration for withholding hundreds of millions of dollars in education funds designated for the Commonwealth. Governor Josh Shapiro is joining 25 other states in filing the lawsuit challenging the freeze of six-point-eight billion dollars in federal education funding appropriated by Congress. Pennsylvania’s share is 230 million dollars. The governor said he is looking to force the Trump Administration to deliver money promised to students and schools.
