A woman who has reportedly worked in a number of Western Pennsylvania health care facilities as a nurse in recent years is facing allegations. Shannon Womack was pulled over for a traffic stop in Washington County back in April and reportedly provided officers with three different names. Investigators say they have learned that Womack has used upwards of 20 aliases and seven Social Security numbers. Womack’s employment history included a stint at Oak Hill Healthcare & Rehab in Westmoreland County and several other locations.
