The family of a South Greensburg man hit by a snowplow in January has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Westmoreland Landscapes LLC the company contracted to clear the parking lot where the crash happened. The Trib reports that 73-year-old Paul Tucci was killed as he was walking to his vehicle on January 5th after an early morning doctor’s appointment. He was hit by a pickup outfitted with a snow plow and salt spreader as it worked to clear the lot at Independence Orthopedics. The Tucci estate is seeking financial damages for each of three counts alleged against the plow operator and the company.
