The brother of a motorcyclist killed in Jefferson Hills in March by a drunk driver has filed a lawsuit against the motorist and the bar that served him. The Trib reports 69-year-old John Wobrak of West Mifflin was killed in the crash on Scotia Hollow Road in Jefferson Hills. Authorities say the accused, William Haughey, Jr. had left Beer Belly’s Bar and Grill in West Elizabeth three minutes before the crash. He is now in Allegheny County Jail. The lawsuit alleges that Haughey was allowed to leave the facility despite the fact that he was visibly intoxicated to the point of impairment.
