The reward for information leading to the location of a missing Greensburg man has increased. The Trib reports that a $3000 reward has been offered by friends and family of Ruben Carranza, who has been missing for three weeks. He was last seen around 3:30 a.m. July 29 via a license plate reader while driving a 2002 white Toyota Avalon near Sidney Street in Southwest Greensburg. The car was found August 9th hidden in a rural area of Southeastern Westmoreland County, with investigators saying the car was purposefully concealed. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police.
