FIRST RESPONDERS RESCUE MAN TRAPPED IN CHARLEROI TRENCH

First responders were hard at work last night rescuing a man trapped in a trench in Charleroi .  WTAE-TV reports that a trench collapsed outside a home on McKean Avenue during what is believed to be a sewer line project.  Rescue teams were on the scene for about five hours last night and into this morning.  The victim was taken to a Pittsburgh Area hospital and had a possible broken ankle.  Officials with OSHA will investigate the incident.
