The reward for information on a man charged with planting a pipe bomb on his former landlord’s lawnmower has increased. The Trib reports that authorities are now offering $5000 for any clues that would lead to the whereabouts of 54-year-old James Sever. He is allegedly responsible for the explosion on July 20th at a Salem property from which he was evicted. Police believe he is still in the area, living in the woods and using an e-Bike to get around.
