A Westmoreland County man is pleading guilty to trafficking fentanyl and heroin. Back in 2019, now 36-year-old Kevin Watson of Arnold was arrested after leading state police on a high speed chase with a child in the vehicle. At times, the vehicle reached speeds of 115 miles-per-hour before it crashed. Following the crash, more than 100-thousand-dollars worth of fentanyl and heroin were found in the trunk. Watson will be sentenced in January and faces ten-years to life in prison.
