Charges of animal cruelty against two Monessen residents were held for court on Friday. The Trib reports that Douglas White is charged with 13 offenses including aggravated cruelty to animals and MacKenzie Orndorff is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals and neglect. They both are charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The ruling came after two hours of testimony on Friday. Two dogs were found dead while other dogs still alive were placed in the care of All But Furgotten. Both are free on $500,000 bail each.
