Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is criticizing what he says is selective condemnation of political violence. Speaking Tuesday at the Eradicate Hate Global Summit in Pittsburgh, the Democrat said the Oval Office wants to cherry pick which instances of political violence they want to condemn. He said this also happens from the dark corners of the internet. Shapiro spoke the same day prosecutors in Utah announced charges against the alleged killer of conservative activist Charlie Kirk. Shapiro and his family were the targets of a politically motivated firebombing in April at the governor’s mansion in Harrisburg.
