A New Alexandria man accused with rigging a lawnmower to explode was apprehended in Indiana County. The Trib reports that 54-year-old James Sever was found by an off-duty state trooper riding an e-Bike on the Hoodlebug trail in Center Township at 7:00 last night. Sever was charged with attempted homicide, weapons of mass destruction and other crimes for the incident on July 20th. He allegedly placed a bomb on the lawnmower belonging to his landlord who evicted him in June.
