TWO MEN WITHDRAW THEIR PLEA IN CONNECTION WITH ARNOLD SHOOTING

Two men who previously pleaded guilty in connection with an Arnold shooting are now changing their minds.  Tishan Lowe Jr and Imani Patterson pleaded guilty earlier this year to charges including aggravated assault following an October 2022 shooting.  Prior to their sentencing yesterday, both men asked to withdraw their pleas.  No sentencing was ordered and the motion to withdraw the pleas is being considered.
