BLAIRSVILLE WOMAN SENTENCED TO REDUCED CHARGES

A Blairsville woman was sentenced yesterday to reduced charges connected with a deadly crash last year in Derry Township.  The Trib reports that 33-year-old Ashley Kelley will serve up to one year in jail for a misdemeanor count of vehicular homicide and a charge of DUI for the crash in February of 2024 when her van veered into oncoming traffic and collided head-on with a vehicle driven by 49-year-old Regina Endress of Indiana County,   Kelley will serve up to a day less than two years in county jail for the vehicular homicide charge, and a concurrent charge for up to five years for the DUI count.
