The defense attorney for a former Scottdale daycare worker accused of assaulting a child says that surveillance video from the center may exonerate his client. The Trib reports that 58-year-old Krista Ondish waived her preliminary hearing yesterday. She faces charges of aggravated and simple assault along with child endangerment for an incident on September 5th where she allegedly shoved a child to the ground and allowing another to hit the child as a disciplinary action. Attorney Tim Andrews, who is representing Ondish, said that his client had no intention of harming anyone that day. Ondish is free on $50,000 bail.
