Jurors will begin hearing evidence today on the case of two New Kensington siblings who authorities say conspired to assault an autistic teenager two years ago during an Easter egg hunt. The Trib reports that Stacey Oneal, Jr. and his sister Krystae are charged with aggravated assault, conspiracy, simple assault and reckless endangerment. Krystae Oneal is also charged with related counts of simple assault and trespassing in connection with an earlier altercation. A third person involved in the assault, Deron Hinton of Greensburg, pleaded guilty in April to aggravated assault and conspiracy and was sentenced to five to 10 years in prison.
