UNITY MAN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH INCIDENTS AT PERSONAL CARE HOME

A Unity man was arrested in connection with incidents at a personal care home.  The Trib reports that 35-year-old Ryan Hoover is charged with burglary, criminal trespass and terroristic threats in connection with the incident on September 25th in Kelly’s II Personal Care Home.  He was discovered by an employee inside the facility.  He made threats toward the employee and asked for help in finding a vehicle he lost.  He left the facility through the front door and walked away yelling.  He was later identified by an employee through a picture.  His preliminary hearing is set for December 1st.  He is free on $25,000 bail.
