STEELERS’ FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS PRACTICE GENERATES THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR LATROBE

The Pittsburgh Steelers are sharing thousands of dollars with schools and community groups in Latrobe.  The team’s annual night practice at Greater Latrobe School District’s Memorial Stadium back in August generated over 100-grand in profit.  Over 70-thousand dollars of that will go to the school system and to other organizations that helped with the practice.  The event this summer was the most-attended one ever, with a crowd of over 13-thousand, according to athletics officials with Latrobe schools.
