A Jeannette man will serve two years of probation for illegally possessing a loaded handgun while inside the Live! Casino at Westmoreland Mall. The Trib reports that 26-year-old Kenneth Czarnecki pleaded guilty to a single count of carrying a firearm without a license. He had been banned from the casino for a day after previously entering the facility with a weapon. He returned before the ban ended with a loaded handgun in his waistband. Along with the probation, he will serve one year of house arrest.
