DNA evidence has lead to charges being filed in a shooting at a home in Rostraver Township in 2022. KDKA-TV reports that Tre Goins now faces charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a firearm in connection with the shooting on Webster Hollow Road. Four people were home at the time. One of the shell casings that was left behind lead to the arrest. Goins has not been arraigned yet in this case, but he was sentenced in federal court this week to serve 146 months in a separate case for possession of cocaine and fentanyl and possession of a firearm in a drug trafficking case.
