Arrest warrants are now issued for a couple in Monessen accused of starving and neglecting two dogs. The Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office reports Billy Dupree and Tonia Lawson are wanted on counts including aggravated animal cruelty. Authorities say two dogs were found starving at the couple’s home on Chestnut Street back in August. The animals also had injuries from ear infections and inflamed paws, according to officials.
