BELOVED NORTH HUNTINGDON K9 OFFICER PASSES AWAY

A beloved K9 officer from North Huntingdon police has passed away. WPXI-TV reports that K9 Zargo had completed some training for building searches, apprehension, article search and narcotics detection a few days ago when he showed signs of illness. Veterinarians found an inoperable tumor. The police department said Zargo was “a beloved member of our community and a loyal partner.” The police are asking people to keep Zargo’s partner, Sgt. Bauer, in their thoughts and prayers.
