TWO ARRESTED AFTER MASSAGE PARLOR RAIDS

Two people were arrested after Greensburg and State Police raided four massage parlors yesterday.  The Trib reports that the two police departments raided Mu’s Asian Massage locations in Hempfield and Unity and Ruiquan Foot Spa and Li’s Massage on Main in Greensburg.  Both agencies used undercover officers in the investigations.  In addition to the arrests, police seized cash, records and banking information. Greensburg police arrested 39-year-old Hailan Zhou of Greensburg and state police arrested 60-year-old Zhang Pelyun of New York.  Both women were denied bond  Several women were also taken into ICE custody at the Greensburg locations because they had deportation orders.
