CHARGES FILED AGAINST NEW KEN WOMAN

Charges are being filed against a woman following the overdose of a baby in Westmoreland County.  New Kensington first responders were dispatched to a home on Friday with reports of a one-year-old who had possibly OD’d.  Stamp bags containing suspected fentanyl were found in the residence.  Suspect Kylie Ritchie faces charges including endangering the welfare of children and drug possession.
