The Westmoreland County Transit Authority has cut ties with their agency’s state lobbyists last week. The Trib reports that the vote came 4-3 against retaining the Harrisburg-based firm of Malady and Wooten, who have represented the authority since 2022. Board Chairman Tony Lizza said that they have not seen sufficient results from the agency. Company representatives did not respond to a request for comment.
