Pennsylvania State Police say there were fewer drunk driving arrests over the Thanksgiving holiday this year. PSP says troopers made 458 DUI arrests over the holiday weekend, a decline of almost 80 from 2024. They also reported a downturn in speeding tickets and seat belt citations.
