FORMER BUSINESS MANAGER AT NORTH HUNTINGDON EMS FILES SEXUAL HARASSMENT LAWSUIT

The former business manager at North Huntingdon EMS is filing a sexual harassment lawsuit in federal court.  Attorneys have entered the litigation on behalf of 39-year-old Kelly Pirl, of McKeesport.  Pirl claims Shane Spielvogle, the former executive director of the ambulance service, frequently touched her inappropriately and sent sexually offensive text messages.  Spielvogle has denied the allegations in court documents.
