Weather forecasters are expecting a snowy and cold start to the new year. A winter weather advisory for most of Westmoreland County starts at 1:00 this afternoon and will end at 10 AM Tomorrow. Snow accumulations between three to five inches is expected during this time, and that could impact travel for tonight and tomorrow morning.
