A former Greensburg man was sentenced to two years in a probationary program for the 2013 sexual assault of a child in New Kensington. The Trib reports that 27-year-old Nicholas Sales of Connellsville was ordered to two years in the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program on charges of aggravated indecent assault of a child and indecent assault charges. New Kensington police said in court papers that the child was 9 when the first sexual assault was reported. The second assault took place about a year later, authorities said. Sales was arrested in 2023.
