JURY ACQUITS MONESSEN PARENTS

A jury has acquitted two parents from Monessen on charges of child endangerment.  The Trib reports that Felicia Dugan and Jerimiah Roberts were accused of leaving their children to live in deplorable conditions, but their attorney claimed the prosecution were unable to prove they knowingly left their children in the unsafe and unsanitary conditions.  Dugan expects her children to return to her custody soon.
