LOWER BURRELL COUNCIL APPROVES NEW CONTRACT WITH CITY MANAGER

Lower Burrell Council approved a new contract agreement with their city manager Greg Primm.  The Trib reports that Primm was retained for the next two years with an annual salary of $131,040 this year and $136,282 next year.  Primm took over as city manager in September 2023. Prior to that, he held municipal management roles in Allegheny Township, Penn Township, Butler County and Falls Creek Borough, near DuBois.
